Privacy on this site

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking, no third-party scripts or fonts. The only personal data this site handles is what you choose to send me through the contact form.

Who is responsible

Tommy André Slettvold, Norway, is the data controller under the GDPR. Contact: tommy@slettvold.org.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web server, GitHub receives your IP address and browser details when you load a page and may keep them in its logs for security, under GitHub's privacy statement. I don't get these logs. Fonts and images are served from this site itself, so no other company sees your visit. Your language choice is remembered in your own browser (local storage), and never sent anywhere.

The contact form

When you send a message, the site sends what you wrote (topic, message, and your name and email address if you give them), the page you came from and the site language to my server at Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany (EU). I get a copy by email, delivered by Resend from its EU region (Ireland); Resend is a US company, so the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. Your IP address is not stored.

I use your message only to read it, answer it and improve my apps and this site. Legal basis: my legitimate interest in answering messages people send me, or taking steps at your request before a contract (GDPR art. 6(1)(f) and (b)). Messages are deleted when they are dealt with, and at the latest after 12 months. Ask me and I delete yours straight away.

Oni Dojo

The Oni Dojo app has its own privacy policy: Oni Dojo privacy policy.

Rireki Studio

Everything you type into Rireki Studio, including your photo, is saved only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to me or anyone else. PDFs are made by your browser's own print function. Clearing your browser data deletes your CVs, so keep a backup with Import / Export.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what I have about you, and object to how it is used: write to tommy@slettvold.org. You can also complain to your data protection authority (in Norway: Datatilsynet).
